Sample preparation | Weigh 1.0 g of the powdered sample and put into a 100-mL conical flask, then add 20 mL of methanol. Sonicate the mixture for 30 min, filter and then evaporate the filtrate to dryness at reduced pressure in a rotary evaporator. Dissolve the residue in 2 mL of methanol |
