Sample preparation | To 1.0 g of the powdered herbal drug add 10 mL of methanol. Sonicate for 10 min and centrifuge |
Mobile phase | Acetic acid, formic acid, water, ethyl acetate 11:11:27:100 (v/v/v/v) |
Derivatization | Heat the plate at 100°C for 3 min, then spray with a mixture of NP/PEG reagents and dry in a cold airflow for 2 min |
Sample preparation | Weigh 0.1 g of the powdered sample and place it in a 2-mL centrifuge tube, then add 1 mL of acetone (80%). Sonicate (140 W) the mixture for 15 min. Centrifuge at about 2500 × g for 1 min. Filter through a 0.45-µm nylon filter. Transfer 300 µL of the filtrate to a 2-mL centrifuge tube and add 300 μL of acetone. Centrifuge at about 2500 × g for 1 min. Collect the supernatant |
