Derivatization	Spray with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine reagent (1.5 g of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine in 20 mL of sulphuric acid (50%, v/v)). Transfer the solution to a 100-mL volumetric flask and make up to the mark with water. Filter the solution.
