HPTLC Workshop at Flora Research Laboratories - HPTLC Association NA Chapter

June 03, 2026 Chapter News Events 0 2

The workshop organized at Flora Research Laboratories by the HPTLC Association NA Chapter provided hands-on training in modern HPTLC applications, demonstrating how classical chromatographic techniques can be combined with advanced analytical and data-driven approaches. Participants explored recently developed features at CAMAG designed to enhance the interpretation, classification, and comparison of chromatographic profiles beyond conventional visual inspection. The program also introduced hyphenated techniques through the TLC–MS interface device, enabling direct extraction and identification of compounds from chromatographic plates.
Special thanks to James Kababick, Director at Flora Research Laboratories and President of the HPTLC Association NA Chapter, for opening his laboratory for this educational activity. We also sincerely thank Christine Goularte, Stacy Wise, and Chanze Siler for their support with the hands-on analytical work and demonstrations.
